我发现如果你用你的手机只不锈钢, nitril橡胶,玻璃棕色scumm将停止,任何其他化合物,特别是petrolium基础将产生大量的胶体。
我在两个星期现在卡车,已从齿规8至12度,而卡车来活着.. 我可以得到卡车闲置摊位46度,但如果燃油泵关闭。
还有,在超过19度,干细胞本身吸..
我wouldnt称之为成功就运行“细胞能量“仅是对的,但我会打电话的巨大力量增加了成功..
我已经找到了作为细胞不锈钢玻璃顶的顶部, “现在破解“需要更换。也许用正确金属顶部我将有更多的成功..

I suggest that we could use the phenomenom of the cell's overexpansion of water as a method of measuring acclamation of the engine.. IE, if you advance too far the cell will overexpand the water and empty itself.. A few degrees back toward normal and its fine.. As the engine acclimates this threshold should migrate toward advance until you can run on cell energy alone...

Test Results
Cell is run at 90 volts with no electrolyte and a square wave pulse "dc motor speed controller, with a heavy duty mofset" for a few hours until brown scum stops..
Cell can then be run for hours on 12v with sodium hydroxide added to bring the current up to 1 or 2 amps, no brown scum forms.. I use a stick on aquarium thermometer and stop charging if the temp goes off the scale 60-90 %f,, this helps me to keep from overheating the whole mess.
I found if you use only stainless steel, nitril rubber, and glass in your cell the brown scumm will stop,, any other compounds especially petrolium based will generate alot of colloid.
In my truck for two weeks now, timming moved from 8 to 12 degrees and the truck comes alive.. I can get the truck to idle at 46 degrees but stalls if fuel pump is switched off.
also at any more than 19 degrees and the cell sucks itself dry..
I wouldnt call this a sucess as far as running on "cell energy" alone is concerned, but I would call the huge power increase a sucess..
I have found a stainless top for the cell as the glass top, "now cracked" needs replaced. perhaps with the correct metal top I will have more sucess..
All my cells are made from 304 ss muffler pipe from The smaller tubes I beleive are meant for bearing races and are 316 ss .5" and 1", but all the rest are 304 ss 1.5" 2" and 2.5"
I cut small peices of nitril rubber sheet 1/4" to use as spacers "worked great".
The cells hold charge, act as expected, quickly seem to go stage 3 but no go on the running without gasoline..
Im not done yet..

Introduction
The following ("Hotsabi's Hydrogen-injection Joe Cell") is modified from a pdf document Hotsabi posted in the files section of the fuelcell_hydrogen_electrolysis Yahoo!Group.
On April 19, 2006, he introduced this document at the JoeCell2 group with the following explanation (edited):
"They are what some call 'stage two' of a joe cell: strictly hydrogen shot into the air/fuel mixture. I would have loved to see these cells run a vehicle alone but they do not. However, they do appear to violate the established rules in that energy from an alternator is improving fuel economy."

“HoTsAbI? - a member of the (former) Yahoo ‘egaspower’ discussion Group has developed an electrolysis unit which has raised his average mpg from 18 to 27 (50% increase) on his 1992 5-litre Chevy Caprice.
The following two photos are of his professional installation, which he says works very well:




The unit draws only 15 amps, which is easily handled by the existing alternator. The construction uses ABS plastic with Sodium Hydroxide (“Red Devil? lye, 1 teaspoon to 8 litres of distilled water) and the gasmix is fed directly into the air-intake filter of the car engine. The electrodes are stainless steel, with the negative electrode forming a cylinder around the positive electrode:


The circuit is wired so that it is powered up only when the car's ignition switch is closed. A relay feeds power to the electrolyser which is three inches (75 mm) in diameter and about 10 inches (250 mm) tall. The electrolyser circuit is protected by a 30-amp circuit breaker. The electrolyser has several stainless steel wire mesh screens above the water surface.
The output of the electrolyser is fed to a steam trap, which is fitted with several stainless steel wire mesh screens, and then into a safety bubbler, through a one-way valve:


The bubbler also has stainless steel wire mesh screens which the gas has to pass through before it exits the bubbler. The gas is then passed through a compressor-style water trap to remove any remaining moisture, and is injected into the air intake of the vehicle.
(Not shown in the diagram.) The containers are protected by pop-out fittings which provide extra protection in the extremely unlikely event of any of the small volumes of gas being ignited by any means whatsoever.
The ammeter is used to indicate when water should be added to the electrolyser, which is typically after about 80 hours of driving. This is done through a plastic screw cap on the top of the electrolyser cap (shown clearly in the first photograph).
This unit is now available commercially. If you want to buy one, then send an e-mail with “e-cell? in the title, to hotsabi  asking for availability and details.
